“A container ship named ‘MCS Aries’ was seized by the Sepah (Guards) Navy Particular Forces by finishing up a heliborne operation,” IRNA state information company reported, including that the operation passed off “close to the Strait of Hormuz” and “this ship has now been directed in the direction of the territorial waters” of Iran.
Safety agency Ambrey stated it “noticed nonetheless footage of at the very least three people fast-roping from a helicopter onto what gave the impression to be a container ship”, including that Iran’s Revolutionary Guards “have beforehand used this technique of boarding”.
