The Supreme Courtroom on Monday declined to quash felony fees framed by a particular courtroom in opposition to Karnataka MLA Vinay Rajashekarappa Kulkarni within the homicide case of former Bharatiya Janata Celebration (BJP) employee Yogesh Goudar.
A trip bench of Justices Sanjay Kumar and Augustine George Masih refused to intervene with the Karnataka Excessive Courtroom order and stated the previous minister’s case was not a match one for quashing.

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) took over the investigation on September 24, 2019, and arrested on Mr Kulkarni on November 5, 2020. Mr Kulkarni has denied the allegations levelled in opposition to him.
The CBI has alleged that Mr Kulkarni had private enmity and political rivalry with Mr Gowda, who rejected their supply to withdraw from the Zila panchayat elections in 2016.
